This is a great follow up from their 2000 Warning album. This concept album is amazing from start to finish and is one of their best. I highly recommend this to any Green Day fan as it’s a must for your collection!

It's a rock opera done by one of the most influencial bands to come out of the punk rock movement of the 90's. American Idiot stays true to Green Day's hard rock feel while delivering some new and different and with a message. Having this on vinyl actually lends it self well to how the songs are split into their related counterparts. American Idiot, Boulevard of Broken Dreams, Wake Me Up When September Ends are all good and are the ones most people have heard on the radio. When you dig deeper into songs like Jesus of Suburbia you start to really enjoy the story that unfolds with this album.
